Concurrent User Access

One problem which frequently occurs with shared spreadsheets is file locking. If multiple users try to access one spreadsheet, only one will have permission to modify, whilst the others are read-only. UniCMS solves this problem, because multiple users can modify the same table simultaneously. Using advanced databasing techniques, we can prevent duplicate data from being added, to ensure that only relevant data is stored and analysed.

Structure Your Organisation

Inside UniCMS, you can add or remove users whenever required. Each user can be a root user, or have a manager who grants them access. With this hierarchical system, you can structure your UniCMS users the same way as you do in your business, where an employee reports to his or her manager.
